We are serving 3 styles of Pizza using our 120 year old Sourdough Starter!

 

New York style (8 pieces) our traditional award winning 16” round pizza with mozzarella cheese. $23

 

Sicilian style (16 pieces) a 16” square pizza with mozzarella cheese. $25

This is a 2 day leavened twice baked pizza that is very crunchy & light though big & airy.

 

Detroit style (8 pieces) a 14”x 10” rectangle with a Wisconsin brick cheese, aged white cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese. $20

The same process for the Sicilian but with a caramelized white cheddar cheese crust aka "Crown!"

Mushrooms & gorgonzola crumbles, dollops of ricotta & truffle honey

Pesto sauce, roasted chicken, garlic, pizza sauce
