Class Dates for 2023: JAN 10-13, MAY 9-12, JULY 18-21, OCTOBER 10-13 The Professional Pizzaiolo Certification Class is offered through the Pacific Northwest School of Pizza in Kingston, Washington. It is a brief sailing across the water from Seattle. The class is offered on a limited basis. It consists of 4 days of immersion in the Art and Tradition of Pizza Making. Classes are Tuesday though Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the number of students is limited. The class will include a variety of American and Italian pizza styles. It is located in several working restaurants to offer real hands-on experience in the pizza business.
